First Step: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Start by taking 1/2 kg of chicken and marinating it with 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp vinegar.
  2. Mix the chicken thoroughly to ensure the flavors are well absorbed. Set it aside for half an hour to marinate.

Second Step: Prepare the Curry Base

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add 2 sliced onions. Fry them until they turn light brown.
