  • Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Flour/Maida 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Milk half cup

Prepare the Pakora Mixture

The first step is to take the Potatoes 2 peel them off. Now take a cutter and make them all shredded. Put these potatoes in a bowl. Add the Noodles 1 packet. To make them crispy and give a great binding time to add Flour/Maida 4 tbsp or more to adjust the mixture.

The Next Step

Now it’s time to add Salt 1 tsp. Then add some Black pepper 1 tsp or to taste. Further, add Milk half cup in it, and fold them all for perfect mixing. Remember to make this mixture just before frying the Pakora. Potato can leave its water if you leave this mixture for long. And it can create problem while frying. Making of Pakora

This Pakora mixture is ready to make Crispy Pakoras. Put some oil in a pan. Heat it. Remember do not give them a deep fry. With the help of a spoon, drop this mixture little by little in oil at distance. Fry them on both sides properly till cooked into crispy brown color Pakora.
