Dahi Bhalay Recipe
Before we get into the complete method of the recipe, please read and note down all the ingredients you will need for this recipe. All the ingredients are further classified into different steps.

Dahi Baray Ingredients
- Daal mong- Yellow Lentil ½ cup
- Daal mash- White Lentil ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Baking Powder 1 pinch
Ingredients Green Chatni
- Coriander to taste
- Mint leaves to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green Chillies 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
Ingredients Imli Chatni
- Tamarind pulp ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red Chilli powder ½ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Sugar 4 tsp
Ingredients Dahi/Yogurt Chatni
- Dahi/Yogurt ½ kg
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Ingredients Dahi Bhala Garnishing
- Boiled Potato to taste
- Chopped onion to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- Green Chillies to taste
- Chaat Masala to taste
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Red Chilli powder ½ tsp
Dahi Bhalay Recipe in Urdu

Prepare the Bhalla
Soak Daal mong- Yellow Lentil ½ cup in water for half an hour. Similarly, soak Daal mash- White Lentil ½ cup in another bowl in water. Blend each separately in a blender. Mix these two blended pulses mixture. Add Salt ½ tsp, Black pepper 1/4 tsp, and Baking Powder 1 pinch. Rest for half an hour. Put some oil in a pan and heat it. Fry bhala with help of a spoon from this mixture till brown color. Take it out and put these bhalay in a bowl filled with water.
Making of Green Chatni
Put some Coriander to taste and Mint leaves to taste in a blender. Add Garlic 1 clove, Green Chillies 2, Salt ½ tsp, and Cumin ½ tsp in a blender too. Add some water. Blend properly and Green Chatni is ready.

Making of Imli Chatni

Making of Dahi/Yogurt Chatni
Beat Dahi/Yogurt ½ kg, Salt ½ tsp with some Sugar 1 tsp properly and Dahi Chatni is ready too.
Dahi Bhalay Garnishing
Soak water out of bhala prepared earlier by pressing with palms softly. Place them all in a serving bowl. Add boiled Potato to taste and add some Bondi too. Now add Dahi Chatni, Green Chatni, and Imli Chatni. Chopped onion to taste you may add. Now we add Tomatoes, and Green Chillies to taste put them in a bowl too.
