Noodle Donut

Ingredients

• Noodles 2 packets
• Water ½ cup
• Spicey Flavour Powder 1 packet
• Chicken Flavour Powder 1 packet
• Carrot 1 piece chopped
• Capsicum – Shimla Mirch 1 piece chopped
• Bread Crumbs 1 Bread
• Wax Paper
• Flour – Maida 4 tbsp
• Oil

Prepare the Noodles

The first step is to take the noodles 2 packets and put them in a water ½ cup. Add spicy flavor powder 1 packet and chicken flavor powder 1 packet each from Noodles pack within. Now add Carrot 1 piece chopped and Capsicum – Shimla Mirch 1 piece chopped in it. Let them half-cooked by drying water. Take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

Making of Donuts

Add Bread Crumbs 1 Bread and mix it with the noodles prepared earlier. Cool them by refrigerating for 1 hour. Now place wax paper over a tray. Make round shapes like kebabs of Noodles and place them over a tray. Use any small circle shaper to shape the noodles like a donut. Freeze them all for 2 hours.

Coat and Fry

Take Flour – Maida 4 tbsp in a bowl and mix with some water to form a thick paste. Now take some uncooked Noodles from the packet and break them into small pieces for coating. Take out frozen donuts. Give donuts a coating firstly of four thick pieces of paste by dipping in it. Lastly, coat them with sprinkling noodles pieces you just broke from the packet. Give them a deep oil fry.
