Ingredients
- Chicken Boneless ½ kg
- Namak – Salt 1 tbsp
- Kutti Laal Mirch – Red Crushed pepper ½ tsp
- Laal Mirch – Red Grinded pepper ½ tsp
- Dhania Powder – Coriander Powder- ½ tsp
- Roasted Safaid Zeera – Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Kachri Powder – ¼ tsp
- Tikka Masala ½ tsp
- Roasted Chickpea powder – 1 tsp
- Brown Pyaaz – Fried Onions 1 piece
- Green Chillies – Hari Mirchain 3 pieces
- Adrak – Ginger 4-5 slices

Preparing Kabab Masala
Take ½ kg Chicken Boneless in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp Namak- Salt, and ½ tsp Kutti Laal Mirch- Red Crushed pepper. Now further add ½ tsp Laal Mirch – Red grinded pepper, then add ½ tsp Dhania Powder- Coriander Powder and ½ tsp Roasted Safaid Zeera- Cumin Powder. Mix them well then add ¼ tsp Kachri Powder and ½ tsp Tikka Masala.

This where you let them blend well and then add 1 tsp Roasted Chickpea powder and 1 piece Brown Pyaaz/fried onions. Further, add 3 pieces of Green Chillies, and 4-5 slices of Adrak- Ginger. Shape it, Fry it
After the chicken is marinated, it is time to make delicious soft and juicy kabab shapes from the marinated material. Put some oil in a pan. Fry the Kababs until they turn brown in color. You can further add sliced onions and sliced tomatoes and fry a bit. Additionally, you can also add freshly sliced capsicums to add crispy and crunchy flavor to your serving tray. Fry them a bit all and the Gola Kabab is ready to be served.
