Noodle Donut Recipe in Urdu

Prepare the Noodles

  1. Boil ½ cup of water in a pan.
  2. Add 2 packets of noodles to the water.
  3. Add both the spicy flavor powder and chicken flavor powder from the noodle packets.
  4. Now, mix in the chopped carrot and capsicum (Shimla Mirch).
  5. Let the noodles cook halfway until the water dries out. Once done, remove from heat and let the noodles cool down in a bowl.

Shape the Noodle Donuts

  1. Add bread crumbs (from 1 slice of bread) to the cooled noodle mixture and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate the noodle mixture for 1 hour to help firm it up.
  3. Prepare a tray with wax paper.
  4. Take the chilled noodles and shape them into round kebab-like patties. Use a small circular cutter or a bottle cap to cut out the center and form the shape of a donut.
